Moving to the new DuoVa

Installing the new DuoVa says “App not installed”? Your phone has the earlier edition. These five steps bring your questions, notes and progress across.

  1. Step 1

    Install the DuoVa Backup Helper

    It installs over your current DuoVa as an update — nothing is lost. Open it when it finishes.

    Download the Backup Helper

  2. Step 2

    Back up

    Settings → Back up my data → choose Downloads → Save. Check the green line: it lists your questions, notes, reviews and images.

  3. Step 3

    Uninstall the old DuoVa

    Long-press the DuoVa icon → App info → Uninstall. Your backup file in Downloads stays safe.

  4. Step 4

    Install the new DuoVa

    Open it and wait about two minutes until Library shows every bank as Ready.

  5. Step 5

    Restore

    Settings → Restore from a backup → pick the file from Downloads. Your questions, notes, progress and images come back. Then paste your licence key again, if you have one.
